      Step 1 - Click File > Export > Audio AIFF or OMF

      Select File. Select Export, Audio AIFF or OMF. If you are transferring your data for use with another program, check the capabilities of the program before selecting AIFF or OMF. Typically, AIFF is used for Final Cut audio and OMF is used for Avid users.
