Step 1
Assume a standard, comfortable fighting stance. This will help your balance and protect your face while you prepare your strike. Your striking leg for this kick will be the front leg.
-
Step 2
Step forward with your rear leg, with your rear foot passing the ready position at your front knee. Your leg will be bent, with your knee moving toward the sky. The more force and height you get from this leg, the higher you will be able to place your final strike.
-
Step 3
Know that your left leg, the leg that started in front, will thrust forward, striking your opponent with the ball of your foot. Make sure you keep your toes pulled back as far as possible, or you will break them. After you strike your opponent, you will land, and your weight will be evenly distributed, allowing you to prepare and defend against a counterattack from your opponent, if they're still able to fight. Please note that you should land with your legs in their original order, left in front, right in rear.
