1. Find a black leotard and pair it with black tights. If you can't get a leotard, find a black turtleneck and pair it with tight black pants. As long as the outfit is all black, you've gotten a good start on the costume.

2. Create a tail. Take a long strip of black fabric and sew it into a tube, leaving one end open. Stuff it with cotton and affix it to the outfit.
