1. Find a black leotard and pair it with black tights. If you can't get a leotard, find a black turtleneck and pair it with tight black pants. As long as the outfit is all black, you've gotten a good start on the costume.

2. Create a tail. Take a long strip of black fabric and sew it into a tube, leaving one end open. Stuff it with cotton and affix it to the outfit.

3. Take your winter black gloves and wear them. These winter black gloves with help solidify the uniformity of black to your Cat Woman costume.

4. You can choose to purchase a black leather masks for your face that does not cover the eyes. However, it is perfectly fine if you choose not to cover your face for comfort purposes. These black leather masks are available in costume shops, especially around Halloween.
