How to Decorate a 4th of July Table

  1. Step 1

Use the red, white and blue color scheme to select creative side dishes. No need to set the table with boring yellow tortilla chips and salsa. Try blue corn chips, your favorite salsa and sour cream.

  2. Step 2

Use a striped tablecloth in red, white or blue. Better yet, layer the look with a few table clothes, letting them peak out from under each other.

  3. Step 3

Cups and napkins can be purchased with stars and stripes, or you can save some money and use solid color plastic cups. These cups usually come in red and blue.

  4. Step 4

Plastic utensils are easily found in any color imaginable. Surely red, white and blue would be perfect for this party.

  5. Step 5

For the centerpieces, use quaint potted plants in red, white and blue. They’ll be a sure conversation starter.

  6. Step 6

Most party stores sell confetti in the shape of stars. Sprinkle the confetti across the table before setting out food.

  7. Step 7

Enjoy your decorative table and good fun with your family and friends at your 4th of July celebration.
