Things You'll Need:
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 habanero
- hot sauce
- diced ham
- skillet
- cooking spray
- cheddar cheese

Step 1
Crack 3 eggs over a bowl and whip until thoroughly mixed.

Add ground black pepper and seasoned salt.

Add 3 drops of hot sauce and stir, then set aside.

Warm skillet on medium heat and add cooking spray

Dice 1 whole habanero and dump in with eggs and stir.

Wash hands thoroughly.

Dump diced ham into skillet and let brown.

Add the contents of the bowl to the skillet.

As eggs begin to stiffen, flip half of it over onto itself and continue to let cook.

Top with cheddar cheese and enjoy.
