Traditionally wine both red and white should be served at 52 degrees. Most houses don't have a cooler set to fluctuate between 50 and 54 degrees to make sure our wine is served at the optimal point. So let's get your wine at the temperature you want it to be!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

    Merlot Wine Chilled

  1. Step 1

Fill up a champagne bucket with ice 1 hour before you want to serve your wine

  2. Step 2

Place wine in the ice bucket making sure it is covered almost all the way up the neck.

  3. Step 3

Let the wine sit in the wine bucket for about an hour.

  4. Step 4

Pull the wine out of the ice bucket, wipe off the bottle with a towel to maintain the label, before you serve the wine.
