Off roading? Need fresh air? Time for a replacement cabin air filter in your Nissan Frontier?

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • The Frontier
  • Air Filter Replacement Kit
  • 8mm socket or Wrench
  1. Step 1

    Open the glove box.

  2. Step 2

    Depress the tabs located on the inside of the glove-box so it swings out of the way.

  3. Step 3

    Remove the 8mm bolt covering the air filter. Remove the filter cover and old filter if any (2 pieces)

  4. Step 4

    The new air filters are marked with arrows (direction of air flow, should point down).

  5. Step 5

    Insert first filter, push to the right. Insert second filter.

  6. Step 6

    Replace filter cover and 8mm bolt.

  7. Step 7

    Restore glove box.

  8. Step 8

    Fill out date/label information that came in kit and attach to inside of glove box.
