How to Use an Adjustable Grater

This will explain how to correctly use an adjustable grater.

Instructions

1. First, remove the food holder and the blade protector.

2. You can now either open the grater straight out (180 degrees) and place it directly over a bowl, or you can fold it and place it on a cutting board. The grater is adjusted by pushing in the handle and folding the grater to the desired position.

3. You now want to cut your cheese into a two-inch section so it fits into your food holder.

4. Put the cheese into the food holder and place the cover onto the holder.

5. Place the food holder onto the grater and begin sliding the holder back and forth on the grater.

Tips & Warnings

• The grater is dishwasher safe, but it's just as easily hand washed.

• Replace the blade protector after washing your grater.

• If hand washing the grater, be careful as the metal blade is very sharp.
