How to Texas Broil Meat

Things You'll Need
- Oven
- Marinade ( your choice but I suggest a garlic based one)
- Large pronged fork
- Mixing bowl
- Aluminum foil
- Meat thermometer

Fix your marinade in your mixing bowl and set it to the side.

Take your Texas broil and wash it thoroughly in the sink.

Using a large pronged fork, poke holes in meat. Make holes very close together, covering front and back of steak.

Place the meat into the bowl with the marinade and coat it. Let the meat marinade for 1 to 2 hours. For a really great flavor, marinade the meat overnight.

Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees.

Take foil and place it over the oven rack. Make sure the rack is placed in the middle of the oven.

Take your Texas broil meat and place it directly on oven rack. Treat your oven like a grill, flipping the meat every 5 to 10 minutes and marinading the meat as it cooks. Use the temperature chart below to cook the meat to your liking.

Remove the meat from oven and enjoy!
