How to Do the Superman Core Exercise
The core includes 29 muscles that make up your abdominals, pelvis, hips and back. A strong core generates better balance, precise movement and body stability. The Superman core exercise targets the lower back portion of your core and is an ideal exercise for everyone, regardless of fitness level.

Lie down on your stomach with your arms and legs extended, like you’re flying.

Lift your right arm and left leg for 5 seconds. Slowly, lower your right arm and left leg.

Lift your left arm and right leg for 5 seconds. Slowly, lower your left arm and right leg.

Remember to keep your body straight and engage your stomach and lower back muscles.

Repeat 15 times for 2 to 3 sets.
