Step 1
Attach the cut off valve to the end of the hose where the water comes out. Make sure it is turned to the "off" position.

Attach the nozzle to the cut off valve.

Turn on the water at the hose bib.

Turn on the cut off valve.

By forcing water out of a smaller hole, it will reach much further and you will have more pressure.

First check your toilet to see if it is running, then check your sink faucets to see if there is a leak there.

Find your water meter. That's where the meter reader looks every month to tell how much water you have used so your bill can be calculated. It is probably close to the street in a straight line from your main water cut off valve.

If you have a well, your water pressure can be increased only by changing your pump strength.

Step 4
If you have no leaks in the house, you can increase your water pressure with a couple simple attachments.
