The Daily Plate is a website designed to track eating habits and weight. With an account, you can track all of your activities.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Account with The Daily Plate

Step1
Log into your Daily Plate account (see Resources below).
Step2
Enter an activity in the search bar at the top of the page. Click the "Search" button. A page will appear with items matching your search term.
Step3
Click the name of the most accurate activity. A page describing that activity will appear.
Step4
Click the "I did this!" button. A pop-up box will appear.
Step5
Enter the information for the activity in the pop-up box. Click the "Save & Calculate" button.
Step6
Click the "Update" button that appears underneath the listing of the activity in the Fitness table on the My Plate"page. The activity is tracked for the day.
