  • Black shoes
  • Apron, preferably a full white apron

  • Optional wig (white or other color)
  • Optional jewelry

How to Be a Ghost Maid

  1. Step 1

Gather all of your wardrobe and makeup together to make sure you have everything. Put the clothes on as you will be putting your makeup on all around the clothing you choose. If you are wearing a wig, save that step for last.

  2. Step 2

Make sure your face is clean and dry. Apply the white makeup to your face first. Get the makeup all over, including the ears and lobes. Next comes any part of your arms and hands. Look closely at what skin is showing around your clothing. You want to apply white makeup over all visible skin. (Remember - you are dead all over)

  3. Step 3

Now, apply black eyeliner to the underlids of your eye. This can be as exaggerated as you want it to be. Remember - the more black around the eyes, the smaller they will be. Apply the eyeshadow. It is best to put on less at first and work toward adding more. (It is easier to add than subtract).

  4. Step 4

Apply the lipstick now and take a good look at your face. If you have enough makeup and black eyeliner on, you are done with makeup. If you need to, repeat steps 3 and 4 until you are satisfied.

  5. Step 5

If you are wearing a wig or jewelery, now is the time to put them on. Secure the wig with bobby pins if needed. Take one last look in the mirror and try to see all around your body to make sure everything on your sides and back is in place. (Remember, people will be seeing you from all angles)
