Instructions

    • 1

Open your empty milk jug and add in your low fat milk. Add the dry pectin and close the milk jug. Shake vigorously until the dry pectin is completely dissolved. Now add in the sugar to your mixture and shake the jug until the sugar is dissolved.

    • 2

The addition of your brewed espresso is the most important part of this recipe. Go ahead and add half of your espresso and shake your mixture. Taste it and see if it is to your liking. The recipe calls for an entire ½ cup, but if you like your coffee drinks weak, you may not want to use the whole amount.

    • 3

Now add in the remaining amount of espresso and shake your jug until it is completely mixed in. Once you have completed this, you need to refrigerate your jug for 12 hours. This lets the flavors set and mix well together. Sit back and enjoy your homemade Frappucino drink!

Tips & Warnings

  • For 10 servings, use 5 cups of espresso, 12 cups of milk, 1¼ cups of sugar and 5 tbs. of dry pectin. The refrigeration time is still the same, as is the remainder of the recipe.

  • Frappucino is a trademark of the Starbucks company. This is only a homemade recipe, not the original recipe used by this company.
