A deliciously simple vegetable, this little stalk can be an amazing conduit for the most decadent appetizers. Add a little spice to your next party with this twist on classic stuffed celery. This is an appetizing snack and not labor intensive. Furthermore, it’s a vegetable and any time you can pass off a vegetable as fun food you’re ahead of the game.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Celery stalks
  • Cream cheese
  • Onion salt
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Paprika
Step1
Tear apart your celery stalks and wash them. Decide how long you want your celery sticks so to be and cut them accordingly. Leaving the leafy part at the end of the stalk intact looks pretty.
Step2
Mix together a container of soft cream cheese, a tablespoon or so of Worcestershire sauce (you can add more if you don’t think the taste is zesty enough) and a sprinkling of onion salt. Again, you can add more if you think it needs it.
Step3
Stir the contents together and then spoon it onto the celery stalks.
Step4
Garnish the stalks with paprika. Arranged the stalks on a decorative platter and serve.
