Step 1
Give your home curb appeal! Paint your front door! Accent your sidewalk, steps, porch with flowers and plants. Really scrutinize how your house looks to the buyer! You have to get the buyer to do more than just drive by! Hire a lawn service to keep your lawn perfect!
-
Step 2
Get rid of clutter! Clean out every closet, garage and basement. No potential buyer can visualize their stuff in a cluttered home!
-
Step 3
Kitchens are important. Consider painting the kitchen, or replacing backsplashes, sink fixtures and door handles. This expediture will pay off!
-
Step 4
Paint the entire house inside to make it look clean. Just remember to keep the colors neutral. Put down area rugs or replace the carpeting. Make your house seem like new!

on 9/27/2008 My house has a mind of it's own. Only when I set up for the changover does it begin to slowly come to an end. It's just amazing.
