      Prepare the paneling by airing it out in the room where it will be installed. Prop the paneling against the wall on its long edge to allow it to expand or contract based on the room conditions

      Remove any molding or baseboards from the wall.

      Apply wood adhesive to the back of your first panel and press panel firmly against the wall. It is best to begin in the corner of the room and work to the middle of the walls. Make sure to leave at least 1/16 of an inch from the corner and between each panel to accommodate expansion during weather changes.

      Cut holes for electrical outlets and light switches with your jig saw as your go. Be careful not to cut wires.

      Measure any spaces that are too small for a full panel. Trim a full sheet to fit the small area. Make sure to leave a 1/16 inch gap when measuring.
