Things You'll Need:

  • Calculator
  • Daily Caloric Intake
  • Exercise regimen
  1. Step 1

To find out how many calories you need to burn you need to read my How to Calculate Net Calories From Fat. You need to burn 500 more calories than you consume daily to achieve a nominal lose in weight.

  2. Step 2

To find out how many calories you are burning you need to use this calculation Calories burned per pound per minute (all depends on the activity) A x your exact weight B = total calories burned per minute
C x minutes of activity = total calories burned per activity

  3. Step 3

Here are a few estimates of calorie burn per minute by activity.
