No matter if you are fresh out of high school or have been in the work force for many years it is possible to find a employer that will pay for part of or all of your college education costs. If you have to work your way through college why not get take advantage of extra benefits a employer may have.

Step1
Determine what your major or interest area you are interested in obtaining training in.
Step2
Look for companies (preferably large companies) that would benefit from your training. For example if you work as a Nurses aid in a nursing home, many will pay for a nursing degree. A Nurses Aid requirements are usually met in training. Hospitals usually do this too.
Step3
Check out some of the major chains that offer tuition assistance to there employees. Such as UPS, FedEx, and Home Depot.
Step4
Search through jobs at major career sites, such a monsterjobs.com to find other jobs that assist with tuition.

Tips & Warnings

  • Keep a open mind, some companies with help any employee with there job goals. So obtaining a job as a janitor in a hospital may help you pay for a career as a x-ray technician.
