How to Make a 3 1/2" by 8" Card

This card is made with Close To My Heart Products but you can use whatever items you wish.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• 1 - 7" x 8" Colonial White Cardstock
• 2 - 1 3/4" x 4" Large Floral B&T Duos™ Paper
• 2 - 1 3/4" x 4" Circles B&T Duos™ Paper
• 1 - 2" x 4" Circles B&T Duos™ Paper (solid side)
• 1 - 12" x 1/4" Stripe B&T Duos™ Paper (the Hollyhock strip)
• Autumn Terracotta Exclusive Inks™ Pad
• Olive Exclusive Inks™ pad
• 2 - Antiqued Copper Brads
• Liquid Glass
• My Stickease™ Artwork
• Sponge
• Micro-Tip Scissors

1. Step One
   Fold the 7" x 8" Colonial White cardstock in half, creating a top-fold card.

2. Step Two
   Using Olive ink and the sponge, distress the edges of the "Friends" My Stickease and the two 1 3/4" x 4" large floral B&T pieces.

3. Step Three
   Using Autumn Terracotta ink and the sponge, distress the edges of the two 1 3/4" x 4" circles B&T pieces, the 12" x 1/4" stripe B&T paper, and the solid side of the 2" x 4" circles B&T paper.

4. Step Four
   Adhere the two 1 3/4" x 4" large floral B&T pieces to the card front, one in the top right corner and the other in the bottom left corner.

5. Step Five
   Adhere the two 1 3/4" x 4" circle B&T pieces to the card front, one in the top left corner and the other in the bottom right corner.

6. Step Six
   Cut the 12" x 1/4" stripe B&T paper in two pieces, one measuring 4" and the other measuring 8". Adhere the 4" piece vertically in the center of the card, covering the seam of the already adhered B&T pieces. Adhere the 8" piece horizontally in the center of the card, covering the seam of the already adhered B&T pieces.

7. Step Seven
   Attach the "Friends" My Stickease to the center of the solid side of the 2" x 4" circles B&T paper.

8. Step Eight
   Attach one brad to each end of the My Stickease sentiment.

9. Step Nine
   Adhere the sentiment mat to the center of the card.
