How to tell when a Friend is Lying to you! How to tell when a Friend is Lying to you!

No one wants to think their friends will lie to them! But there are always those occasions where friends can betray the friendship. Here are a few tips to remember

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy
Step1
Look for no eye contact. Notice if the pitch of his voice is different. Watch for nervous gestures: drumming fingers, scratching, itching, swallowing, fidgeting.
Step2
One article I read stated that when the human brain is recalling from memory, our eyes look upward and to the right. Looking up and to the right stimulates the part of the brain associated with imagination
Step3
Sometimes people will stop all movement. They will freeze. Other people will become overly dramatic with large gestures.
Step4
Follow your intuition. Most people have an innate sense when someone or something is not right. Follow your intuition!

on 5/31/2008 I agree. I can tell when my children are lying to me just by a feeling I get. They just don't seem to be quite themselves when they are lying. Thanks for this article.
