Things You'll Need:
- Red Star Vegetarian Support Formula (T6635+) mini-flake nutritional yeast (available at most natural foods stores)
- Spice jar with a shaker top
- Your favorite recipes

Step 1
SPRINKLE IT!
Put Red Star nutritional yeast in a shaker jar and sprinkle it on top of chili, salads, soups, pasta, baked potatoes and steamed vegetables. -
Step 2
COOK IT!
Add 1/8-1/4 cup Red Star nutritional yeast to your chili, soups, stews and pasta sauces while they simmer. -
Step 3
POP IT!
For a unique twist on popcorn, skip the butter and salt and instead drizzle tamari or soy sauce over the popcorn, then shake on Red Star nutritional yeast.
