Want meat so tender it falls away from the Bone when grilling.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Water Shaker
  • Vinegar(apple)
  • Salt or Seasoning Salt
  • Water
  1. Step 1

    In a 12oz water shaker, pour 1/2 cup of apple vinegar, 2 teaspoons of salt or Lawry seasoning salt, fill shaker with warm water.

  2. Step 2

    Shake well.

  3. Step 3

    Each time you turn the meat on grill, shake on tenderize mixture fully covering meat,

Tips & Warnings
  • Add less salt if prefered
  • Add a salt substitute
  • make sure meat is turned frequently for best results.
