Things You'll Need:
- 1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
- 4 ears of cooked corn, removed from cob.
- 2 bunches of green onions, white and green part, sliced thin
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
- 3 tbsp of chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 4 tbsp of lemon juice
- salt, to taste

Step 1
Mix beans, corn, green onions, tomato, jalapeno, and cilantro in a bowl.

Add the olive oil and lemon juice.

Toss well.

Add salt to taste.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. This can be made one day in advance. Serve cold.
