Things You'll Need

  • 4-6 salmon filets, boned
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter
  • 1/8 cup chopped fresh basil or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Adobo
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Seasoned bread crumbs or finely crumbled stuffing mix

Instructions

    • 1

      Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

      Cover a baking pan with heavy duty aluminum foil to make cleanup easier. Spray this with nonstick cooking spray.

      Combine all of the ingredients except the salmon and the bread crumbs and mix well.

    • 4

      Dip each fillet into the butter mixture and place skin side down on the foil covered pan. Pour any extra butter mixture on top of the fillets.

      Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of the bread crumbs on each fillet.

      Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish is flaky and cooked through. Serve.
