Things You'll Need:
- Finely ground coffee beans (powder-like)
- Special coffee pot called a dzezva
- Espresso cups (also called fildzan cups in Bosnian)
- Small spoon
- Stove
- Fresh water
- Kettle

Step 1
Pour fresh water in a kettle and bring it to a boil

Step 2
Put four tablespoons of ground coffee into dzezva and pour boiling water over this

Step 3
Put the dzezva back on the stove and let the water reboil with the coffee in it

Step 4
Once coffee has reboiled, take off stove and let cool for 30 seconds then add more hot water to dzezva

Step 5
Before serving, skim the surface for ground coffee bits that have not sunk to the bottom of the dzezva

Step 6
Serve hot in espresso cups and enjoy!

on 12/4/2008 Four tablespoons of fine ground coffee and how much water? It is realy important to have right amount of water and coffee.
Add a teaspoonful of the fine ground coffee per cup.
