Set a "sleeping scheduele". Set a time that everynight you will be in bed.
Step2
Some people have trouble sleeping when its too hot, and not even the AC can cool them down. Add a fan to the room, the noise can be soothing and will help cool you down.
Step3
Make sure the TV, and any other distracting things are off.
Step4
Set an alarmclock to get up at the same time everyday, to better help set the sleeping rythym.
Step5
Purchase new pillows. I picked up a new set of pillows and now I sleep much better at night.
Tips & Warnings
It takes a while to get into a new sleeping routine, but it can be done!

on 5/29/2008 Yeah, the new pillows idea should work fine.
Also, I'd suggest that we should talk things over with our partners, friends and children, especially if those issues disturb or concern us.
Thank you!
