If you have a spray bottle that is clogged, here is an easy fix.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • boiling hot water
  • bowl
  • dish soap
  • vinegar
  • (lemon juice if vinegar doesn't work)
  1. Step 1

Soak spray bottle nozzle in vinegar for ten minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Boil water.

  3. Step 3

Pour water in bowl and add dish soap. Remove nozzle from vinegar and let soak in water until it becomes warm enough to put your hands in.

  4. Step 4

Shake nozzle around in warm water, allowing the water to flush in and out of nozzle. Also, pump nozzle underwater to loosen up the clog.

  5. Step 5

Remove nozzle from water, leaving the tube part of it submerged so you can pump warm water through it.

  6. Step 6

Run under hard-running hot water to rinse off any residual cleaning product that has been loosened by soaking in vinegar and the hot, soapy water.

  7. Step 7

If the problem persists, repeat steps one through six.

Tips & Warnings
  • If the vinegar doesn't work, try lemon juice.
  • If your cleaning bottle's nozzle is broken, this process will not help.
