Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3/4 cup instant oatmeal.
  • 3/4 skim milk.
  • 3/4 cup mixed frozen berries.
  • 2 teaspoons whey powder.
  • 3 ice cubes, crushed. It take less than 5 minutes to make.
  1. Step 1

    First,the instant oatmeal should be nuked in water or skim milk.

  2. Step 2

    Then,blend it with mixed frozen berries,whey powder and crushed ice cubes.

  3. Step 3

    After blending for few minutes the smoothie is ready.Enjoy the smoothie and get a flat abs slowly and steadily over a period of time.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can use whey chocolate/vanilla powder to make it tasty.
  • You can make two 250ml servings by this above method.
  • With abs exercises you should drink this abs diet smoothie for faster results.
  • Whey is the fluid that remains of the milk of any animal after cheese making. Cheese is made by clotting milk. After clotting the fluid is separated from the curd. This fluid is called whey. It contains approximately 50% of the lactose of the milk, as well as proteins, vitamins and minerals. The proteins are often purified and marketed as whey protein. Dried whey is called whey powder.
  • Whey powder is available in most of the big stores like Walmart,Walgreen etc. in dietary supplements section.It can also be purchased online.There are many brands of whey powder.
  • Don't blend the smoothie too much as it destroys the protein in it.
  • Berries should be very fresh.
  • Don't add salt or sugar.

on 5/29/2008 Sounds tasty and easy to make. If only I knew what whey powder was ... enlighten me please. Is whey powder available in the grocery store and if yes, which section might I find it in? Or can you suggest a substitute ingredient that we smoothie-challenged might have in the kitchen??
