A sore throat and throat pain can be soothed naturally.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Lime and salt
  • milk and tumeric
  • salt and hot water
  1. Step 1

At the first signs of sore throat put salt in hot water and gargle several times a day. This should cut down infection to a great extent

  2. Step 2

In some hot water put a pinch of salt and squeeze half a lime and a spoon of honey and sip on it. This has often cleared the congested feeling in my throat

  3. Step 3

If you can bear it add a spoon of tumeric to half a glass of warm milk and gulp it down. Tumeric is antiseptic in nature and helps fight infection

  4. Step 4

During winter or in very cold air conditioned rooms keep your throat warm with a muffler. While sleeping make sure you wear a muffler, this can greatly help the throat to heal quickly
