- Filet of salmon
- BBQ sauce of choice
- Gas or charcoal grill
- Metal spatula
- Large plate
- Salt
- Pepper
- Basting brush
- Basting cup

Get the supplies. Your local food store will have all the supplies that you need to make this delicious barbecued dish.

Heat up your gas grill on medium-high heat and close the cover; allow it to heat for 10 to 15 minutes before grilling. If using a charcoal grill, allow the coals to become ashen and gray before grilling.
