Things You'll Need:
- a large cooking pot
- boneless beef spare ribs
- 1 bag of sauerkraut
- cornstarch

Step 1
you want to boil your beef and kraut together for about 2 and a half hours on medium and then to low.

keep checking and occasionally stirring. once the meat is very tender its done.

i always add thickening. you take about 3 to 4 large tablespoons of cornstarch and mix it with about a third cup watch and mix it up good. add it to the ribs and kraut, stirring it in well. turn off the burner and let cool of. serve with a baked potato and enjoy!
