Peanut butter banana sandwich

The peanut butter banana sandwich is a healthier spin off of the classic PB&J. A couple of touches have been added to make it that much better.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Wheat bread
  • Peanut Butter
  • 1 banana

    Peanut butter banana sandwich

  1. Step 1

Take 2 pieces of wheat toast and put them in the toaster. Toast them to your desired setting.

  2. Step 2

Once the toast is done, let the bread sit for at least a minute out of the toaster. If you put the peanut butter on too fast, it will melt and make a drippy mess when you are eating it.

  3. Step 3

While the toast is cooling, slice the banana 1/8 inch slices.

  4. Step 4

Next take the toast and apply a generous helping of peanut butter to one side.

  5. Step 5

Add sliced bananas to the peanut butter side and put the other piece of toast on top. Flip over the sandwich so the non - peanut butter side is down and cut the sandwich in half.

Tips & Warnings
