How to Save Six Cars in your Safehouse Spot in Grand Theft Auto IV
So, you've got safehouses and each has a parking spot you can store cars in. You parallel park and you can fit two cars into the spot, right? Wrong! With a little wrangling and some finesse, you can fit between five and fourteen cars in there. Here's how.

1
Remove any cars you've already got in the spot. Park them anywhere outside the spot. They'll stay, so long as you don't go too far away.
-
2
Park the first car at the far end of the stall, perpendicular to the sidewalk. You can even pull up onto the sidewalk; as long as one wheel is in the spot, you're good.

3
Park the second car in front of the first car, same direction and facing the street. Make sure the rear wheel is in the spot. This tends to cause traffic jams in front of your safehouse, but this can be advantageous if you need a car in a hurry and don't want to use one of your saved cars.

Be sure to park the cars you'll use more often in the front (in the middle of the street) row. Getting the cars out from the back row takes time, provided you want to get them out without scratching them up. Most things in Grand Theft Auto IV are time-sensitive, so having quick access to a vehicle is essential.

5
Park the third car parallel to the first car. Make sure they're close enough to maximize space but not so close to force Niko to get out on the passenger side. If he does that, the car is too close and needs to be re-parked.

6
Continue parking cars parallel to each other. If you are mainly parking sports cars and sedans, you should be able to fit between five and seven cars across the spot, two deep. Park any large cars (like Patriots) in the upper right corner of your little garage. This way the large car gets all the room it needs to move in and out of storage.
