INGREDIENTS:
1 package chocolate sandwich cookies
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 package milk chocolate chips
1 package white chocolate chips -

Finely crush the cookies in a food processor. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and cookie crumbs. Roll into 1-inch balls and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Pour the milk chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl. Heat and stir until melted.

Remove truffles from the refrigerator. Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and place on wax paper. Refrigerate until set.

Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Drizzle over truffles. Return to refrigerator until set.
