you will love these candied walnuts, you can put them in yogurt,salads,either way you'll love them.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 cups sugar,1/2 cup water,1 teaspoon vanilla,4 cups walnut halves and pieces
  1. Step 1

    bring sugar and water to a rolling boil. boil 1 minute

  2. Step 2

    stir in vanilla and walnuts; stir until coating sets. spread on cookie sheet to cool. makes 1 pound.

  3. Step 3

    for orange candied walnuts; use 1/2 cup orange juice in place of water. and 1 teaspoon orange extract. in place of vanilla. cook as directed

Tips & Warnings
  • you can make these any way you want so. try different flavorings. ENJOY!!!
  • warning these are so good you'll be addicted.
