Want a stink free home but sick of buying so many factory made air fresheners? Follow my easy homemade air freshener recipe.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Take one tbsp of baking soda and 1 tbsp of lemon juice and mix in a small bowl til not lumpy.

  2. Step 2

    Add in 2 to 3 cups of water and mix. Depending on your bottle size.

  3. Step 3

    Once not fizzy pour into spray bottle.

  4. Step 4

    You can leave as is or you can add a few tbsp of you favorite body splash. You can buy one bottle of body splash and make many bottles of air freshener. One bottle of body splash should last you about 6 months Depending on how frequent you spritz your home.

  5. Step 5

    Also try just adding petals of fresh flowers to your air freshener. This makes for a simple sweet scent.

Tips & Warnings
  • Do not use more than 3 tbsp of body splash. You want a crisp clean smell not an overpowering smell.
  • Also spray on shoes, coats, couches, sports gear, clothing, and in your car.
