Instructions

    • 1

      Prepare the chicken.

You can use bone-in or boneless, with or without skin, and any pieces such as thighs, legs, breasts or wings.

Rinse the chicken pieces and put them into a large pot of water. Add any desired spices to the water, such as garlic, pepper, basil and thyme.

    • 2

      Boil the chicken.

Bring the water to a boil and let it cook the chicken for 20-30 minutes, or until it's completely cooked.

    • 3

      BBQ the chicken.

Remove the chicken from the water. Pat it dry and then place it on the grill. Brush on BBQ sauce (or sprinkle with your choice of spices) and BBQ it for 5-10 minutes, just long enough to give it a bbq flavor.

Enjoy your tender, juicy bbq chicken!

Tips & Warnings

  • Don't leave it on the grill too long. Just enough to give it a good grilled flavor.

  • Make sure the chicken is cooked all the way through when you boil it.
