  • Registered domain name
  1. Step 1

    Open your Web browser and go to http://officelive.com.

  2. Step 2

    Choose the OfficeLive small business package and click the "Sign Up Free" button below.

  3. Step 3

    Fill out the online form and put in your chosen email address. It could be a name that is similar to your business. (for example: Jans@mycandyshop.com) Then fill out your password and personal information.

  4. Step 4

    Decide on a domain name for your Web site. You will need a registered domain name to be hosted. Domain names can be purchased at websites such as Godaddy.com or Yahoo Domains.

  5. Step 5

    Use the free tools that are offered from OfficeLive to build your Web site. Once you sign up for a Web site at OfficeLive, you will automatically be signed up for basic hosting. Be sure to update your Web site often, as OfficeLive allows for easy site updates as well. You can upgrade your Web-hosting package at any time for larger storage and to use other business applications as well.
