Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Omelet pan
  • Stove
  • Spatula
  • Milk
  • Eggs
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Plate
  • Bowl
  • Egg whisk
  1. Step 1

Get the supplies. You may have to visit a home store to find an omelet pan. Otherwise, just use a small frying pan.

  2. Step 2

Heat the pan on the stove at medium-high heat and add ½ tablespoon of olive oil.

  3. Step 3

Beat the eggs and season. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and add 1 ounce of milk. Season to desired amount with salt and pepper and whip eggs with whisk.

  4. Step 4

Pour eggs into pan. Pour eggs evenly into the pan and allow them to cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until they are mostly golden brown.

  5. Step 5

Flip the omelet. Slide the spatula underneath one side of the eggs and carefully flip the entire omelet over to cook the other side. Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.

  6. Step 6

Add cheese and fold the omelet. Add desired amount of cheese to one half the omelet. Slide the spatula under the other side and carefully fold it on top of the cheese. Cook for an additional minute, serve and enjoy.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure that the pan is non-stick or your omelet will not cook properly.
  • Always wash your hands after touching raw eggs.
