This article will show you how to convert DVD to PSP format MP4 on Mac OS X and the easy way to put movie on PSP. After these simple jobs, you can joyfully enjoy your DVD movies on the PSP.

Things You'll Need:

  • Mac OS X
  • PSP
  • Aimersoft DVD Ripper for Mac
  1. Step 1

    Please download Aimersoft DVD Ripper for Mac; You can learn more about it by visiting "Resources"(below link).

  2. Step 2
     

    Download and install Aimersoft DVD Ripper for Mac. Insert your DVD disc into DVD drive, then run the software, click "Load DVD" button to import the DVD file. You can also load DVD folders from your hard drive by clicking "Load IFO", DVD folders files name appear like "Video_TS".

  3. Step 3

    Select the chapters you want to convert.You can convert your whole DVD by highlighting the title which contains the whole episodes of DVD, such as the title 01 in the following screenshot. Or if you like, you can select certain chapters to convert: Press the little button before
    "Check All" on the interface to find all the chapters in the file.
    This software fully support all kinds of DVD, such as regular DVD movie and DVD MTV. DVD MTV will have several titles, so you can select the desire MTV to convert.

  4. Step 4
     

    Select the output PSP Video format
    Format: Click the "Format" combo-box on the interface, the result of setting will be shown on the list, select PSP Video MPEG-4 (*.mp4), you will get output format PSP MP4.and the default setting works great. This software also includes the DVD Audio Ripper function, so you can extract audio from DVD movie to MP3 or AAC for PSP, other portable player or web using.
    If you want to customize the output video quality, you can click the "Settings" button next to the format field to open the Settings window and set video resolution, frame rate, bit rate, encoder, etc

  5. Step 5
     

    Select Subtitle and Audio
    Regular DVD movies usually have several subtitles such as English, French, German, etc. You can select one you prefer. You can also delete the subtitle by selecting "No Subtitle". Selecting Audio is the same.
    After the above steps, click "Start" to start conversion. When the conversion finished, you can click "Open" to locate the file in your hard drive.

  6. Step 6

    Put DVD Movie to PSP
    1.connect psp to pc using a usb cable, go to psp select usb code.
    2.open the memory stick on pc, you will see lots of files, make a new folder called "VIDEO" on "MP_ROOT" copy your MP4 file to this folder

  7. Step 7
