If you are on Weight Watchers, chances are you can always use some delicious low-Point recipes for your repertoire. This easy recipe for Black Forest Cupcakes is so easy, you will be amazed at how yummy they are. And if you make 30 cupcakes (which is very doable) they are only 1 Point apiece!

Things You'll Need:

  • Reduced Sugar Devil's Food Cake Mix (such as Pillsbury)
  • 1 can diet soda
  • 1 can light cherry pie filling
  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Step 2

    Spray muffin tins with non-stick spray, or line with paper liners.

  3. Step 3

    Combine cake mix and soda in a large mixing bowl.

  4. Step 4

    Fold in pie filling.

  5. Step 5

    Fill muffin tins about two-thirds full.

  6. Step 6

    Bake for about 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center of cupcake comes out clean.

  • Try diet cherry or vanilla colas with this recipe.
