      Sit up perfectly straight, shoulders back. Stretch your arms out in front of you, palms facing up.

      Close the fingers of both hands slowly, and form a fist in each.

      Bend your wrists down towards the floor, until you feel a slight pull in the forearms.

      Bring your wrists slowly back to center.

    • 5

      Bend your wrists inward towards your shoulders, until you once again feel a forearm stretch.

      Bring your wrists back to center. Repeat exercises as needed.

Tips & Warnings

  • Perform exercises with smooth movements, careful not to overextend.

  • Discontinue exercises if you feel pain or discomfort.
