How to Play Marble Trap
Marble Trap is an indoor game that children as young as three years old can play. It works at a party or just to entertain the children you are babysitting. Vision therapists use this game to help young children strengthen their eye movements skills. Two people can play Marble Trap at a time.

1
Count out ten marbles for each player. Give each player a plastic drinking glass. Find a large uncarpeted room and sit across the room from the other player. Decide who will be the first to roll.
-
2
Roll one marble across the room towards the other player. You can aim straight towards the player or try to make your marble bounce off of the wall and change angles to try to fool your opponent. Your opponent will try to trap the marble in his plastic drinking glass.

3
Hold the plastic drinking glass in one hand so that the bottom of the glass is up and the opening is down. As a marble rolls towards you, try to trap it by quickly covering it with the glass. Store the marbles you trap in your container.
-
4
Roll back any marbles that you fail to trap. Every time one of you has rolled a total of ten marbles, switch rolls so that the person who has been trying to trap them becomes the one who rolls the marbles.
-
5
Count the marbles saved in your container after each person has rolled ten times. Whoever has trapped the most marbles wins the first game. You can keep playing until someone reaches 100 trapped marbles or stop whenever you are tired.
