I love my job! I enjoy getting up every morning in order to go to work and preserve America's Revolutionary literary treasures that are housed at
Minute Man National Historical Park located in historic Concord,
Massachusetts. My job is multi-faceted, sometimes I don't know what I'll be
doing day to day. One day I could be climbing scaffolding to wash and wax
a statue. The next day I would be repairing a manuscript for the Five Little Peppers and How they Grew, I also clean and maintain our historic house museum called the Wayside Home of the Authors. So you can see I can be sitting at my desk writing a document, carrying or moving artifacts from storage and placing it into and exhibit. Sometimes I get tired and sore and depending how physically demanding it is it prevents me from completing my work in a timely manner. Here are some tips to help you complete your work.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Passion for job
  • Driven for success

You can't carry heavy objects or carry multiple object onto another plane. Try getting a cart for the object so you can transport it easily.

  3. Step 3

    Slow and easy

If you are climbing ladders or scaffolding do it slowly and carefully. Gently grasp the higher rungs of the scaffolding and pull yourself up, while placing your feet on a good footing on the lower rung. With a ladder lay your hands flat on the step to help you.

  4. Step 4
    Help!
