In a beauty pageant there are no, right or wrong answers. While it is true that there are two sides to any social and moral issues, you can effectively express your views without offending either sector.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Take the opportunity to show the judges you are a thoughtful, caring and well-informed individual. Don’t cop-out of answering the question. If you cop-out the judges will think you don’t have informed opinions.

  2. Step 2

Find an event in your life or the life of someone close to you where the issue has presented itself. Mentioning this event will demonstrate to the judges where you are coming from.

  3. Step 3

Choose your language carefully. You can be for or against any issue, but if you don’t justify your answer with your personal experience you will fail to ace the question.

  4. Step 4

Your answer should be concise and straightforward. Don’t give the judges your life story.

  5. Step 5

Leave your self a little running room. Recognize that although there is a sector of the population that may disagree with you, your views are formulated by your personal experience.

Tips & Warnings
  • Speak from the heart in every issue. Don’t answer what you think the judges want to hear.
