Things You'll Need:
- Three juggling clubs
-
Step 1
Hold a single club, and flip it up so it spins around twice. Try and mimic your hand position in a cascade. This helps you get an understanding of how much force to use in order to avoid over- or under-spinning, which can lead to dropping clubs.
-
Step 2
Begin a traditional three club cascade. Find your rhythm and spin each club only once.
-
Step 3
Use your dominant hand and give one club more spin and force. Ideally, this club rotates twice as it goes from your dominant hand to your less-dominant hand.
-
Step 4
Sync up your less-dominant hand while you are preparing to throw the double with your dominant hand. The double spin takes longer to travel. You need to slow down the other clubs, so you don't create a traffic jam.
-
Step 5
Throw the double every time and try to work out the timing until you feel the double is second nature. Now you can try to incorporate more clubs in the double spin.
-
Step 6
Pull back and use one or two clubs at a time, if you can't get all three clubs synced up properly.
