Things You'll Need:
- Three juggler's cigar boxes
-
Step 1
Hold your cigar boxes end to end like a train, clamping the outer two boxes tight so all three hang together. Keep the boxes between your waist and chest level.
-
Step 2
Bend your knees slightly and spring upward. This gives the boxes the necessary upward momentum to hang midair so you can have time to perform this trick.
-
Step 3
Slide your less dominant hand over to the middle box. Do not apply any force to the box while releasing, as this will force it downward and out of sync with the others. Clamp the outer edge of the box with your hand, so it is in the reverse position you began with. When the trick is finished, this will now be the outer box.
-
Step 4
Cross your dominant arm over your non-dominant arm at the same time. Remain holding the same box throughout this motion. Take the box to the opposite side of the cigar box train and line it up with the other two. Your arms will form an X, and your hands will be in an unnatural position holding the boxes.
-
Step 5
Squeeze the outer boxes inward, clamping all three together tightly.
