Step 1
Start by looking at pictures of actor/comedian Shawn Wayans and notice the developed structure of his shoulder muscles. Now look in the mirror and notice whether or not you have the basic broad bone structure to develop shoulder muscles equal to Shawn Wayans.

Lose a bit of your body fat if you have excess. It will help create a v-shaped torso, which will exaggerate your shoulder muscles. Note that a small waist will always make your shoulders look larger, no matter how naturally broad they are.

Do at least 100 push ups a night to develop your upper shoulder muscles and back; developing your back muscles will help support the extra weight that you put on in the shoulder area and creates a more defined look. Perform at least 10 to 15 pull ups on a high bar to strengthen your back lateral muscles and biceps.

Step 4
Visit a local gym and load an upright barbell bench with weight you can handle. Perform 3 sets of 10 to 12 repetitions of shoulder press exercises at least 3 times a week. Do exercises to trim your lower body such as crunches, yoga, or any other waist trimming activity that will exaggerate your shoulder muscles.

Step 5
Wear v-shaped shirts, a favorite wardrobe staple of Shawn Wayans, to accentuate your newly developed shoulder muscles. Once you have developed your muscles to their full potential, visit an exercise trainer to learn some more shoulder exercises to push your muscle development to the next level.
