Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Search for websites of wedding photographers in your area, and browse through their photo galleries. Look specifically for creative photographers who shoot wedding photos with a photojournalistic style rather than photographers who have an entire collection of posed wedding photos.
Step2
Check out the websites of Boucher Photography and Alisha Brook Photographers for beautiful examples of creative and unique wedding photos (see Resources below).
Step3
Ask your potential wedding photographers if they offer magazine style albums over the traditional wedding album. Magazine style albums spice up your wedding photos by telling the story of your wedding and including multiple pictures on each page, plus they are more resilient and more fun to look through than traditional wedding album.
Step4
Narrow down your list to two or three wedding photographers who are experienced in creating unique and unforgettable photos and wedding albums, but who are still within your price range.
Step5
Meet with each of your top choices and choose the photographer who you feel will paint the most unique and beautiful picture of your big day in their photos.
